A hand-stitched belt is one of the most personal gifts you can give, and we especially love seeing them made for the sons, fathers, and husbands in the stitchers' lives. Our belt wall has something for every interest and taste: sports, beach themes, animals, florals, geometrics, and plenty of funny or cheeky designs too. If you want something truly one-of-a-kind, we also offer custom belt designs made just for the person you have in mind, created by Kristin Kingston.

Belt canvases typically come in 13 or 18 mesh, and once stitched, any belt canvas can also be finished as a bag strap or a dog leash instead, so it's worth thinking about how you'd like to wear (or walk) your finished piece. The same canvases make wonderful purse straps to dress up a favorite bag, and many of our clutch and purse canvases are self-finishing, made to fit acrylic, leather, or canvas tote bags. If this is your first belt, we recommend starting with a simple pattern in 13 mesh — it's the easiest way to get comfortable before tackling something more detailed.
