Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we can't offer refunds. Our canvases are painted by hand and many are one of a kind, so once a canvas leaves the shop it can't be resold. The same goes for thread, accessories, special orders and finishing services.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. Photos help. Email threadstoo@gmail.com or call 732-530-9092.

Refunds for our mistakes

When a refund is issued for a damaged, defective or wrong item, it goes back to the original payment method and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
